Ann Tasker
Ann is a master of her craft. Being a part of the beauty industry for over 20 years, Ann brings volumes of knowledge and expertise to her profession. Ann has traveled extensively, educating hairstylists in the United States and Europe. She has won numerous awards for her creative styling ability. Ann and her chemical technician, Crystal Rykard, appeared on the Learning Channel’s The Makeover Story: they are truly an incredible team. Her talent as a hairstylist and image consultant can only be surpassed by her dedication and commitment to each client.

Natasha Latina
Natasha Latina is a powerful force in the beauty industry, born and educated in Moscow, Russia; Ms. Latina immigrated to the United States in 1992. Always striving to expand her creativity in various areas of her craft, Natasha has competed in hair competitions in New York, Germany, and Paris placing 4th in the men’s cut and 5th at the Hair World Competition in hair extensions. Natasha’s unique sense of vision for hair and fashion is parallel only by her artistic eye to create a total look that is spectacular from every aspect of fashion

Salon Pasca’s professional staff of stylists have been selected for their expertise and training; their ability to bring to their craft a true sense of commitment and a fashion forward approach that caters to each individual client.

Crystal E. Cornog
Crystal graduated from Delcastle Technical High School where she placed first in the VICA Skills USA statewide competition. She was named Delcastle Cosmetology Student of the year. Crystal has attended numerous classes with Redken, Goldwell, Wella, and Graham Webb, along with many other educational seminars in color as well as cutting. Crystal annually attends the International Beauty Expo in New York and Chicago. She is a strong believer that continued education is the key to a successful career. Crystal is committed and very passionate in making her clients feel confident in themselves, even after leaving the salon. Crystal specializes in multidimensional highlighting and color make-overs, but does not stop there; she also offers an array of other services including haircutting and styling, extensions, and Japanese Hair Relaxer; just to name a few.

Donna Marie Rossi
Donna was born in Philadelphia, PA, and completed her cosmetology training in Boston. Donna kicked off her career in 1989 soon after moving to Wilmington. She began her career specializing in high fashion styles and color transformations. Donna has attended various hair shows and has continued her education over the years by attending seminars by Redken, Sexy Hair Concept, Matrix, Goldwell, and Graham Webb. Donna is very passionate in her career, and is dedicated to keeping up with the latest trends and styles.

Kathy Burke
Kathy has over twenty years experience in the beauty industry. In order to stay current on the newest styles and trends, she continues her education on an on-going basis. She has attended cutting, color, perm classes, advanced cutting classes with the Paul Mitchell Design team, as well as symposiums in New York, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Baltimore. Kathy’s love for education and continued growth in her field allows her to personalize each clients needs to their individual lifestyle.

Nikki Maldonado
Nikki attended Delcastle Votech High School receiving a degree in cosmetology. While attending Delcastle, she placed second in the State of Delaware state wide hair competition for the years 2003 and 2004. While attending school, Nikki worked as a shampoo technician seeing first hand the business she would be undertaking. Nikki enjoys using her creativity specializing in color and updo’s. Nikki believes that continued education is a large part of her career; and is a firm believer there is always something new to learn.

Pearl Testerman
Pearl attended Hodgson Votech High School earning a degree in Cosmetology. Throughout high school, she worked as a shampoo tech at a top salon working her way up to an assistant for Natasha Latina. Alongside Natasha, Pearl was the model at the International Hair Show in Moscow, Russia placing fifth in the world for hair extensions. In addition, she regularly attends beauty shows and seminars in New York, Chicago and Philadelphia. Pearl has appeared on the front page of the New York Times Art section, as well as local magazines and newspapers. She enjoys all the creative aspects, such as multidimensional color, hair extensions, cutting, and Japanese Relaxers to create a complete look tailored to each client.

Toni Toomey
Toni has over eighteen years experience in the fashion industry. She has owned and operated Tangles Salon for eight years, and was a co-owner of a top salon for two years. Toni has been called upon to do free lance work, and “on the scene” projects for such magazine as Brazilian Vogue and Ocean Drive. Toni’s work has taken her to many cities including Los Angles, Chicago, Paris, Miami, and New York, where her salon created the hair and make-up looks for the rock band Limp Bizkit. She placed third at the International Beauty Show in New York. In addition, local newspapers, magazines and people in the know use Toni’s expertise and knowledge on the latest fashion and hair trends. Toni has even walked the Red Carpet for the Grammy Awards in Los Angeles.

Stephan Rusnak
A top educator for Graham Webb hair care products, Stephan travels to such locales as San Diego, New York, Washington, and Florida to help create their latest hairstyles. His international flair shines thru as he sculpts hair for each and every one of his devoted clients. Stephan’s diverse background in hair and fashion inspires his fellow team members to crave his expertise. Salon Pasca is fortunate to have him as their own in house educator.

Rebecca Reed-Old
Rebecca Old’s bright and confident smile will reassure you that you are in experienced and creative hands. You will leave Salon Pasca looking your very best. As a Redken specialist, she has attended The Redken Exchange at 5th Avenue numerous times. Rebecca has graduated from over 7 advanced classes specializing in hair color, multi-dimensional color, color correction and advanced cutting. During her 11 years as a hair stylist, Rebecca has competed in many regional competitions. She is looking forward to competing in 2008.

Sharon Bazan-Bianco
Sharon’s focus is creating a style that compliments her client’s hair, facial features and life style. She prides herself in keeping her clients’ total look fresh and up to date, whether it is styling or color. Sharon’s experience is bi-coastal. Living in Los Angeles for several years has given her a wealth of knowledge about trends and cultures. She attended the Long Beach Hair Expo while in L.A., where she had the opportunity to learn from the top styling icons in this industry. Sharon’s creativity spans the spectrum from “funky” to sophisticate. Hablo Español

Linda Hill
With more than 20 years in the hair industry, Linda joins Salon Pasca’s team with a wealth of experience both as a stylist and a salon and spa manager. Her passion and specialties include hair color, foil highlighting, hair cutting, styling and special occasion styles. When working with each client, her goal is to bring out their inner beauty as well as complimenting their individual lifestyle. To quote a client, “Linda’s expertise, sense of humor and easy rapport make Linda the reason I have been a client for more than twenty years”

Misty Stepp
As a hairstylist for 10 years, Misty brings a new & youthful perspective to Salon Pasca. Throughout her Career, Misty has furthered her education by attending classes with Goldwell, Redken, & Wella. She not only learned the classic styles, but also the fresh & trendy hairstyles of today. In addition, she annually travels to the Chicago Midwest Beauty Show and attends classes at the Graham Webb Hair Studio in New York City.
