Ann Tasker
Ann is a master of her craft. Being a part of the beauty industry for over 20 years, Ann brings volumes of knowledge and expertise to her profession. Ann has traveled extensively, educating hairstylists in the United States and Europe. She has won numerous awards for her creative styling ability. Ann and her chemical technician, Crystal Rykard, appeared on the Learning Channel’s The Makeover Story: they are truly an incredible team. Her talent as a hairstylist and image consultant can only be surpassed by her dedication and commitment to each client.
Natasha Latina
Natasha Latina is a powerful force in the beauty industry, born and educated in Moscow, Russia; Ms. Latina immigrated to the United States in 1992. Always striving to expand her creativity in various areas of her craft, Natasha has competed in hair competitions in New York, Germany, and Paris placing 4th in the men’s cut and 5th at the Hair World Competition in hair extensions. Natasha’s unique sense of vision for hair and fashion is parallel only by her artistic eye to create a total look that is spectacular from every aspect of fashion

Stephan Rusnak
A top educator for Graham Webb hair care products, Stephan travels to such locales as San Diego, New York, Washington, and Florida to help create their latest hairstyles. His international flair shines thru as he sculpts hair for each and every one of his devoted clients. Stephan’s diverse background in hair and fashion inspires his fellow team members to crave his expertise. Salon Pasca is fortunate to have him as their own in house educator.
Kathy Burke
Kathy has over twenty years experience in the beauty industry. In order to stay current on the newest styles and trends, she continues her education on an on-going basis. She has attended cutting, color, perm classes, advanced cutting classes with the Paul Mitchell Design team, as well as symposiums in New York, Las Vegas, Chicago, and Baltimore. Kathy’s love for education and continued growth in her field allows her to personalize each clients needs to their individual lifestyle.
Kelly Jewett
Kelly graduated from Schilling-Douglas School of Hair Design in 2006. She is experienced with multiple hair extension techniques and is certified in the Keratin Bond method. Kelly annually attends hair shows in NYC and Chicago, and has also attended Davines and Redkin color classes to further her education and keep current with trends in the cosmetology industry. Japanese Relaxers, Protein-Keratan treatments, and the perfect color and highlights are just a few ways she makes her clients look and feel beautiful.
Jade Lockett
Jade attended Hodgson Vo-Tech High School where she spent her senior year apprenticing in a salon environment. Graduating in 2003, Jade continued her education through hands-on experience;attending Goldwell, Redken, Pravana, and Davines classes. Jade continues to excel in her endeavors learning advanced coloring and cutting techniques. She specializes in multidimensional color, Mizani Relaxers, and up-do’s. Jade listens to her clients needs and brings to them her expert opinion to create a style that fits the client’s personality and lifestyle.
Jamie Murphy
Jamie has been a part of Salon Pasca since its conception. While completing her apprenticeship, Jamie assisted Co-Owner & Master Stylist Natasha Latina. Through Natasha and Salon Pasca, Jamie assisted in styling models for the Hair World 08 competition in Chicago. She also completed Coppola Keratin Certification in New York and attended Davines Color Classes. With Natasha’s training, the experience of working in a fast paced environment, and the advice and support of the Salon Pasca Team; Jamie has transformed into a skilled stylist.
Renee Minutola
Renee is a true artist. She began her career eight years ago sculpting custom cranial prosthesis and hair extension systems to help clients with fine hair, thin hair, and medically induced hair-loss to achieve a look that is truly their own. While staying current in all of the latest non-surgical techniques in the hair replacement industry, Renee has grown as a stylist. A certified Davines Colorist, Renee currently works as an advanced color educator for Davines North America. Through her work with Davines, Renee has learned advanced cutting techniques working with and attending classes with Davines Visionary Artists. Renee is also a makeup artist and photographer. Her creativity and artistic eye gives each client a unique look.
Jen Stein
Jen joined the Pasca team after 12 years of previous experience. She graduated from Schilling Douglas in 2000 and is certified in the latest trends including SoCap Extensions, Coppola Keratin, Brazilian Blowouts and Balijage. Her extensive education with Redken classes has merited her a Redken Specialist after completing the StepUp program. Jen has contributed with editorial work in Delaware Today and Delaware Bride. She has also traveled to further knowledge, attending the Redken Symposium in Las Vegas and participating in the International Beauty Show in New York City. If you need the perfect look you can look to Jen whose passion to create beautifully colored and cut hairstyles puts her at the top of her field.
Jena Muller
Jena arrived at Salon Pasca by way of North Carolina. Her coloring and cutting techniques have been honed over the past 8 years. Attending Schilling-Douglas School of Cosmetology in 2003 and various other shows in New York, South Carolina and North Carolina have helped her develop an amazing ability to style any type of hair. She is certified in So Cap hair extensions and has taken advanced haircut and coloring classes as well. Stop by and let Jena solve your hair problems with a fabulous cut and color!
Alexis DiFonzio
Alexis joined the Pasca team in 2009 with her eyes and ear wide open to gain as much knowledge and experience as she can. A graduate from the Paul Mitchell School of Delaware, she has participated in advanced color and cutting classes with Davines and Paul Mitchell Systems. As Natasha’s model she has experienced Hair World 2010 in Paris and hopes to join her in the future until one day she may win her own world title! Using her skill sin color, multiple extension techniques, Protein-Keratin treatments, Japanese relaxers, cutting and styling she looks forward to giving all of her clients a unique style to make them look and feel their absolute best everyday!
Crystal Cornog
Crystal prides herself on being able to complete and transform a person’s total look. Her clients are in good hands when it comes to their hair, make-up and waxing needs. She was able to foster these skills during her career in the salon industry, which she started at the ripe age of 15. After graduating Delcastle High School at the top of her class, Crystal went on to compete in Skills USA Statewide Hair Competition where she won 1st place and a bid into the national competition. On the national level Crystal took home 5th place. She continues to develop and perfect her skills by attending classes with Davines, Redken, Goldwell and Grahm Webb. If you want a total transformation, Crystal’s chair is where you want to start!
Beverly Melendez
Bev’s extensive resume and training is paralled by none. Her 30 years of experience started at the Academy of Hair where she graduated from and went on to teach at for over 2 years. She then joined the staff of Michael Christopher’s where she spent 26 years. Bev was nominated for Top Ethnic Hair Stylist and participated in NAHA, a national competition recognizing the best in their craft. Because of her abundance of experience Bev has many specialties. She is certified in Keratin, Opti-Smooth and Thermal relaxers. Her gorgeous cuts are enhanced by her ability to create beautiful color. Bev also specializes in Keratin bond, track and SoCap extensions. With Bev’s plethora of experience, training and passion for hair you can be sure you’re in the hands of a true artist!
